A citizen was sentenced to 29 years and 5 months in prison for having sexually abused his three daughters aged between 4 and 10 years, in the Primero de Mayo sector, San Félix.

One of her daughters stated that she attempted suicide as a result of the constant abuse towards her and her sisters.

Under the cover of the Public Ministry, the Thirteenth Prosecutor’s Office of the Second Circuit was able to confirm the accusation for the crimes of cruel treatment, sexual abuse without penetration and aggravated lascivious acts; threat and sexual abuse with oral penetration. All with continuity.
The entity’s First Trial Court evaluated the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office, ruling that the accused must serve 29 years in prison at the Oriente Penitentiary Center, known as El Dorado.
