The 17-year-old was making his debut on the biennial Games, scored 286.40 factors in the ultimate to complete behind defending champion Ooi Tze Liang of Malaysia (377.70 factors) and earn his silver medal on the Aquatics Sports Palace. Thailand’s Chawanwat Juntaphadawon (284.90 factors) got here in third for the bronze medal.
