Houston Astros slugger Yordan Alvarez had to be taken to a hospital during Friday’s game against the Atlanta Braves after having difficulty breathing.
The Cuban, who is a candidate for the American League MVP in 2022, had to leave the game, setting off the organization’s alarms, which later assured that “Álvarez is stable and his vital signs are fine. He had difficulty breathing.”
