Check if you meet the requirements to receive the Winter Bonus payment and find out if you are from the first or second group of beneficiaries.
Payments have already started Chile Supports Winter Bonus of 120 thousand pesos. The contribution will be paid on two different occasions: August 5 and August 22depending on the type of beneficiary.
This benefit arose as an initiative of the current Government to help people face the increase in basic services such as energy and heatingespecially in these winter months.
Payment is made by causer and not by member of family. For example, if a family of four members has two deceased, they will receive a payment of 240 thousand pesos.
How do I know if I get the Winter Bonus?
They will automatically receive the benefit, without the need to apply, the beneficiaries of:
- Family Subsidy or Family/Maternity Allowance as of December 31, 2021.
- winter bonus as of May 31, 2022.
- disability allowance as of June 30, 2022.
- Basic Solidarity Disability Pension either Disability Solidarity Pension Contribution as of June 30, 2022.
- “Securities and Opportunities” as of August 1, 2022, by its members who meet one of these requirements:
- people with accredited disability.
- Persons subject to care Payment Schedule of people with disabilities of the Ministry of Social Development and Family.
- people with moderate or severe dependency (HRH health module).
- Students of Special Education or with Special Needs Permanent School Integration Programs of establishments recognized by the Ministry of Education.
- Older than 60 years.
- Under 18 years old.
In addition, those belonging to the 60% of the Social Registry of Homes as of August 1that in its members there are:
- people with accredited disability.
- Persons subject to care Payment Schedule of people with disabilities of the Ministry of Social Development and Family.
- people with moderate or severe dependency (HRH health module).
- Students of Special Education or with Special Needs Permanent School Integration Programs of establishments recognized by the Ministry of Education.
- Older than 60 years.
- Under 18 years old.
What is the payment date?
They will receive the first payment, from August 5, those responsible for Family Allowance, Maternal or Family Subsidy; people who received the 2022 Winter Bonus; people with APSI or PBSI; and recipients of the Mental Disability Subsidy).
And they will get paid from August 22 the group corresponding to families of the “Securities and Opportunities” Subsystem and the 60% most vulnerable (with members who meet the requirements).
