The United Kingdom Government consider that Chelsea proprietor Roman Abramovich is willing to let the membership ‘go beneath’ amid considerations that the sale may collapse.
This comes after reviews that the sale has been thrown into doubt due to the shortage of assurances from Abramovich.
Speaking to the Telegraph, a supply from inside Whitehall has said that Abramovich may let the membership go bankrupt.
