The Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace, A/J Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, reported on his social networks that two Venezuelans were arrested in the state of Táchira when they were carrying C4 explosive with the intention of carrying out terrorist acts in the country.
Through his social networks, he pointed out that both came from Colombia and were arrested by officials of the Bolivarian National Police.
They were identified as JR Cariel García and JO Vera, who would belong to an organization called the Liberation-Resistance Movement, we advance for Life and Peace.
It was identified as a “terrorist organization” by Ceballos Ichaso and is led by JP Osorio Ruiz, who lives in the United States.
