Ten years looking at photos of Mars – Up Jobs News

It’s been ten years since Curiosity reached Mars. And it seems like yesterday when we were amazed at every photo he sent of a couple of stones and reddish sand that came from a planet millions of kilometers away as well as from a beach in Lanzarote. But it’s been a while and it’s time to take stock. Amartizar, as a milestone, is indisputable. Now, for what we’re interested in, which is to find another place to settle down by the time we finish destroying the Earth, the mission hasn’t achieved a clear result yet. Everything indicates that at some point Mars had the necessary conditions to harbor life. And that at some other time that changed and became the desert that it is now. And that’s where we’ve come. NASA calculates that in about eleven years it will be able to have in its hands the first samples of Martian soil. Maybe they have to speed up the process, which at the rate of climate change, just doesn’t give us time to organize the interstellar evacuation.
