ZURICH, Feb 6 (Reuters) – Swiss President Ignazio Cassis needs to thaw frosty ties with the European Union by looking for a new package deal of bilateral agreements and believes his nation should transfer nearer to the bloc, he instructed the SonntagsZeitung newspaper.
