Studying and fighting is student duty! This Saturday, August 6, more than 40 student organizations, former rectors, associations and other people carry out a march against false autonomy in order to respect what is ruled by the Judiciary on the law that reforms the National Superintendence of Higher University Education (Sunedu).
Pamela Osorio, spokeswoman for the unions, gave details about the route. “Our main objective is the Judiciary for the protection it gave in favor of the reform and telling them to deny this project. Above all, that it be applied, ”she said in statements to La República.
At a press conference, the new rector of the La Molina National Agrarian University stressed that they will protest in favor of the quality of higher education. “It is not good for education that they serve the country. This law is extended for a false autonomy. It is not appropriate for the system and, above all, it is not legal,” he said.
