According to the preliminary report of the Colombian Geological Service, the telluric movement was presented to the 8:03 at night and had a magnitude of 4.0 andon the Richter scale.
The entity also stated that the epicenter was recorded in the Caribbean Sea at a shallow depth of 47 kilometers.
Acandí and Unguia, in Chocó; Y Turbo, in Antioquia, they were the municipalities where the movement was felt the strongest.
So far, the authorities have not reported emergencies due to the earthquake.
