MELBOURNE, June 30 (Reuters) – A state agency in Australia has backed a plan to increase the lifetime of the nation’s biggest liquefied pure fuel plant by 50 years, as long as it achieves net zero carbon emissions for the remainder of this decade, partly to guard historic indigenous rock artwork.
