Solidarity Movement with Cuba
Madrid, Aug 8 (RHC) The State Movement of Solidarity with Cuba (MESC) in Spain today issued a statement of support for the Caribbean island in the face of the accident that occurred in the western province of Matanzas.
“We express our deepest solidarity with the Cuban people, for the terrible accident that occurred at the oil installations in the province of Matanzas. We also extend our sincere condolences to the loved ones of the victims of this tragic mishap, ”he stressed.
The MESC recalled that a short time ago another serious accident occurred at the Saratoga hotel, and now Cuba is once again suffering the consequences of an event with great personal and material damage.
“However, we are convinced that the heroic Cuban people will know how to live up to this new tragedy, once again setting an example to the world of their integrity, solidarity and revolutionary firmness,” he added.
Likewise, the MESC made a call to strengthen solidarity with the Cuban people and to redouble efforts “to break the criminal blockade that it suffers at the hands of the United States, which would be the greatest help it could receive in these very difficult times that it has had to to live”.
“For our part, we will redouble our efforts to support Cuba and its Revolution. With her people and her revolution now and always, our eternal embrace of solidarity », he concluded.
