After six months in office, Oscar Graham will leave the Economy and Finance portfolio.
According to Management, this will be one of the changes in the Ministerial Cabinet that will be made official tonight.
As is recalled, Graham had replaced Pedro Francke in office.
During Graham’s administration, the minimum wage was increased from S/ 930 to S/ 1,025.
Likewise, it had to face the impact of rising fuel and food prices. Faced with this, he ordered measures such as tax reductions for some of these products and had been preparing the so-called ‘food bonus’, which will be delivered in the coming weeks.
Oscar Graham was a career official at the MEF, a specialist in the design and implementation of public policies for the development of financial markets, private pension systems, promotion of financial inclusion and productive development.
