An operation implemented by the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office ended with the death of a man, who is presumed to be Luis Oswaldo Espinoza Marinowner of the company Asesores Jurídicos Profesionales (AJP) that recently accumulated more than 130 complaints against him for alleged multimillion-dollar fraud.
It was reported that after the complaints against the company, the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation folder that led to the implementation of a search operation in the Virreyes condominium in the municipality of Zapopan, where the accused allegedly lived.
Upon arrival, elements of the Public Ministry they were shot at, which caused them to take shelter waiting for some reaction. Then, upon entering the home, they located a man in the main bedroom with a shot to the skull and no vital signs.
“There are a couple of detonations that were carried out on the staff, they are sheltered in a part of the home, they continue with the inspection of it, obviously protecting its integrity and they locate in the main room of the farm on the second level a lifeless male person”, detailed the attorney general Luis Joaquín Méndez.
In the place, the elements located a couple of documents and an identification, which according to first reports belonged to the male as the one indicated of the millionaire fraud, however, the prosecutor stressed that they will wait for the opinions and official identification.
“What it seems is the person who is located here without life, I tell them it seems because we also have to wait for the procedural times and that they officially make the identification at the forensic medical service facilities, obviously because of the physical features and the photos that we have Well, obviously we can say that it matches the person’s traits,” he said.

Minutes before the aforementioned events, Luis Oswaldo Espinoza published a video on social networks acknowledging the accusations and explaining the situation he was going through.
“Everything was caused by me based on deceit and fallacies,” he acknowledgedwhile lamenting: “Currently I can not move on with my life, the last 6 months of my life I feel emotionally, physically and morally destroyed, I have lost everything.”
“Since the disruption of the pandemic, I cannot cover the benefits that I have contracted, I over-mortgaged the real estate that I acquired as a result of their investments. For four months that I have not been able to fulfill my obligations one hundred percent, I am completely devastated, I beg you to forgive me, I disclaim all responsibility to my colleagues, my family and friends, thank you, God bless you and only God judge me, “he said .
In the work that was carried out inside the home, three shell casings were located, the two that were carried out against the elements and the one that took the life of the man.
At the same time, a search was carried out in the Professional Legal Advisors office, where they located some documents that will be implemented in the multimillion-dollar fraud investigation folder.
“In the offices with the search, what is sought is to secure documents, technological devices where information can be retrieved with some operations that could be carried out, we are currently working on the closing of the search report, they inform me in a preliminary way that They located some documents and well, they are the ones that are going to be analyzed and processed,” explained the prosecutor.
Remember that last Friday, August 5, hundreds of affected people went to the Prosecutor’s Office to file these complaints against said company since there are affected people who lost more than 22 million pesos.
The prosecutor informed that the investigations will continue their course since there are more people indicated in the complaints of those affected.
