Ingredients:
- 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)
- 100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
- 1 egg
- 1 piece of Bread from the day before
- Vanilla
- ½ lemon (zest)
Process:
First mix the milk with the bread.
Then add the egg and half the sugar and mix well.
Add the vanilla essence and lemon zest and mix again.
Place the bread pudding in a previously floured mold and bake for 35 minutes at 120ºC until it is completely hard.
