Leader of the “Tren de Aragua” had a Chilean visa since 2017 – Up Jobs News

Ten members of the band are in a prison in that country.

The Undersecretary of the Interior of Chile, Manuel Monsalve, reported that the leader of the criminal gang of the “Tren de Aragua” entered that country legally and through an authorized passage, this after presenting a visa and documents to be in the area.

The authority said that the criminal known as “Estrella” is in preventive detention after several investigations in the northern Chilean area.

“To demolish myths: the main leader of the Aragua Train did not enter through an unauthorized passage, he did not enter hidden. He first did it on a tourist visa in 2017 and then he was given a temporary one in 2019″, he asserted.

Monsalve explained that the security forces identified those who belonged to a criminal cell and managed to capture them.

“We want to give signs of calm that organized crime is being fought and that we have institutions that are persecuting and prosecuting them,” he said.

Likewise, the representative of the Chilean state stressed that “the members of the Aragua Train who were charged in March are in jail. 10 of them were truthfully connected with the group, they had a leader who was directly related to the leader in Venezuela, and today he is in jail.”
