Watch out for a future call for Colombia selection. Julian Quinones does not stop scoring goals and is completely intractable in the mexican soccer.
The Colombian striker converted his second goal of the Opening of the MX League to complete the triumph of Atlas3-1 over him Queretaroat the start of the seventh day of the championship.
Luis Reyes, Ozziel Herrera and Quinones decided the victory of the champion Atlas, who stopped a streak of three consecutive losses, while the Mexican Angel Sepulveda scored for the Gallos.
The duel began with tension, five months after the fans of both teams became entangled in a massive fight, but the attention was focused on the field.
Atlas started uphill; in the 33rd minute he suffered the expulsion of Argentine defender Hugo Nervo and two minutes later he was down on the scoreboard with a header from Sepúlveda to a pass from Argentine Gabriel Rojas.
Atlas fought but it was hard for him to break the defense of the Roosters until in minute 64, three minutes after the expulsion of Omar Mendoza, from Querétaro, the locals equalized with a penalty well taken by Luis Reyes.
The Rojinegros coupled better in the attack and in the 69th they took an advantage with a goal by Herrera after a pass from Jéremy Márquez, extended in the 84th, with a goal by Quiñones, from the right in the area, in an assist by Jesús Ocejo.
Atlas climbed to fourteenth place with two wins, one tie, four setbacks and seven units, five more than Querétaro, located in the last seat.
