Motel manager breaks the silence

The venue’s administrator, Michael Reed, revealed exclusively to 24 Hours that the deceased “arrived on Saturday, July 30, around 9:50 a.m. in a white car. There were four people and a male person was driving. They looked good.”

After that, he reported that “They were around an hour or an hour and a half, until the event began (…) a person came out asking for help, was helped by the waitress, a receptionist and a teacher”.

The death was questioned by the family and close friends, as it unfolded a police procedure that, they assured, was late. Among the concerns lies the numerous use of towels.

“How were those towels used? Why were they used?” asked the woman’s brother, Freddy González. While Cynthia Pérez, attorney for the family, questioned the purpose of its use: “It is known what happens in prisons, (towels are used) when they are going to carry out blows”.

In this regard, Reed theorized about what could have happened in that period of time inside the room, saying that perhaps the people “They didn’t realize it and the jacuzzi overflowed and that’s why there were two changes of towels (…) the room was flooded and there was another change of towels, until ‘the thing happened’”.

At the moment, this police case remains an enigma, while the Valentina family has already filed a complaint so that the investigations into the participation of third parties in the event continue.
