Hughes has been in jail since 2014, after he was discovered responsible of 10 sexual and indecent assault offences dedicated within the Eighties.
The victims have been aged between seven and 15 years outdated on the time of the offences.
He was handed a minimal sentence of six years and has been eligible for parole since April 2020 however has twice been knocked again.
