The governor of Bolívar state, Ángel Marcano, and the mayor of the Caroní municipality, Tito Oviedo, visited the headquarters of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc) in San Félix on Monday, with the purpose of starting the asphalt work on Centurión Avenue and in the parking lot of the police force, according to information from the institution.
Commissioner Ramón Rojas, director of the Strategic Region of Criminal Investigation (Redip) stated that this work will guarantee better access to the office and will facilitate vehicular traffic around the headquarters.
Rojas took advantage of the occasion to thank the governor and the mayor for their support in recovering the road arteries, which are essential for officials to carry out their daily tasks.
Ángel Marcano indicated that the asphalting has been carried out by the government and the mayor’s office, forming a work team with the organized popular power.
New structure
Another meeting took place in the Cicpc San Félix auditorium this Monday, in which the managers and coordinators of the security offices in Ciudad Guayana were present.
The purpose of said meeting was framed in the strengthening of the new structure of the Cicpc, based on ethics and dedication to service to serve citizens who present their reports and complaints at the agency’s facilities.
