This generated a strong mobilization of both emergency services and police on the Cuernavaca-Tepoztlán federal highway.
So far, no authority has confirmed fatalities or injuries, however, local media reported that several ambulances left the factory for hospitals in the area.
Cuauhtemoc Blancogovernor of Morelos, pointed out that they are in communication with those affected by this explosion as well as with their respective families.
“A few minutes ago an explosion was reported inside Industrias Tecnos, better known as Cartridges, in Ahuatepec. We are assisting those affected and their families; The necessary emergency bodies have been deployed to deal with this situation, ”he pointed out on his Twitter account.
