DexKo Global to Acquire Italy’s Fluid-Press Group & More News Here

DexKo Global Inc., a worldwide supplier of extremely engineered trailer working gear, chassis assemblies, associated elements and hydraulic brake functions, has signed a definitive settlement to purchase Fluid-Press Group.

Fluid-Press was based in 1971 and is situated in Albinea, Reggio Emilia, Italy. The firm develops and manufactures hydraulic valves and manifold blocks for agricultural equipment, industrial gear, cranes, aerial platforms and earth-moving machines. Fluid-Press shall be a helpful addition to DexKo’s Hydraulics enterprise, working carefully with Safim Brakes, Modena, Italy. Safim is a number one producer of extremely engineered hydraulic braking system elements utilized in a variety of off-highway gear functions and has been part of DexKo and AL-KO Vehicle Technology (AL-KO) since 2019.
