This new act of violence involving a medical mission worries the authorities in Tibú, Norte de Santander; who indicated that the victim had entered the medical center hours before after receiving several gunshots to his extremities.
Due to the seriousness of the injuries, the medical staff authorized the referral of the patient to a higher level hospital in Cúcuta.
However, no one imagined that the gunmen who had seriously injured the man were waiting for him in the Santander neighborhood, outside the hospital, to end his life. It all happened in the early hours of this Friday.

Colonel John Rovert Chavarro, commander of the Norte de Santander Police, explained that some citizens alerted the authorities about multiple shots and the presence of a corpse a few steps from an ambulance.
