How many times can you apply to the Labor IFE?
Eventually the application can be made only once, however, In the case of being unemployed for more than a month, you can make an application request again as long as you meet the benefit requirements.
What are the requirements of the Labor IFE?
If you wish to apply for the SENCE benefit, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a new employment contract during the current month of the application.
- Have a taxable gross monthly remuneration less than or equal to three Minimum Monthly Income ($1,140,000).
- Having been unemployed for the entire month prior to the start of the new employment contract. For this, Sence will check that you do not register pension and/or health contributions for any employer the month prior to the start of your new contract.
