The mother of model and reality TV star Blac Chyna may have landed herself in hot water after allegedly threatening the judge in her daughter’s case.

Shalana Hunter, who goes by the name Tokyo Toni, was in court on Monday to support her daughter, real name Angela White, who is suing the Kardashian family for defamation.

The 33-year-old claims that the Kardashians sabotaged her plans for a reality TV show with her former boyfriend, Rob Kardashian. The pair, who have a five-year-old daughter, Dream, separated in November 2016.

Chyna is suing the Kardashian family for $100 million in the lawsuit, which was first filed in 2017, alleging defamation and interference with contracts. 

On Monday, during the jury selection process, Hunter sat near the Kardashian family and that evening posted an Instagram Live mocking their appearances.

The Kardashian’s attorney, Michael Rhodes, asked for Hunter to be banned from court, and Judge Gregory W. Alarcon, presiding over the case in Los Angeles Superior Court, agreed.

On Tuesday morning, Hunter then appeared outside the court room and recorded another Instagram Live, this time hurling threats at the judge, TMZ reported.

‘I’m gonna get that judge,’ Hunter reportedly declared.

In a prior video attacking the Kardashians posted on Monday, Hunter appeared to be rolling what looks like a joint as she said the family ‘looked dead’, and compared Kris Jenner to a character from the horror movie Saw.

‘Kris had on a f***ing crusty a** tan suit with one button,’ Hunter said, adding that she thought they looked ‘homeless.’

‘They look scary in real life,’ she said in another part of the video, saying they had ‘dips’ in their faces.

She then mocked Khloe Kardashian for nodding in court, saying to the camera: ‘Did you have some Xanax before you got there b****?’

Hunter made threats to the family in the video when discussing who is allowed to sit next to her in court, saying ‘stand the f*** up and back.’

Lynne Ciani, representing Chyna, accepted that Hunter was a disruptive presence.

‘I can’t control her mother,’ Ciana told the judge on Tuesday. 

‘My client wants a fair trial. I already told her it was unacceptable and she can’t be in the courtroom.’ 

On Tuesday, the eight men and eight women of the jury heard opening statements – a day after jury selection, which saw many prospective jurors air their disdain for the Kardashians and the world of reality television. 

One prospective juror told the court he could not be impartial, because he had seen Kim Kardashian’s sex tape. 

Ciani argued on Tuesday that Kris Jenner falsely accused Chyna of physically abusing Rob Kardashian, in a bid to force the couple’s reality show ‘Rob & Chyna’ to be canceled.

Rhodes, representing the Kardashians, began his opening statement by introducing his clients and having them stand, saying that Kris Jenner ‘manages the vast empire that this family has built from scratch.’

He called Kim Kardashian ‘one of the world’s most famous people.’

Chyna, he said, badly wanted what they have.

‘The evidence is going to show you that Miss White would say or do anything to be part of this family,’ Rhodes said.

He said the couple’s reality show was canceled by the E! Network – not because of any machinations by the Kardashians, but because they broke up.

‘There is no ‘Rob & Chyna’ show if there is no Rob and Chyna,’ Rhodes said.

Ciani gave an account of the couple’s whirlwind relationship and wild year of 2016.

They met in January, announced their engagement in April, announced they were having a baby in May, and in November began their reality show and had a daughter, Dream.

‘They really clicked, and it was one of those relationships that once they clicked, it really moved fast,’ Ciani said.

Both sides agree that on December 4, 2016, a day Chyna and Rob Kardashian celebrated the renewal of their show for a second season, the two got into a terrible argument that permanently damaged their relationship.

The differing accounts of that day will take up much of the trial that’s expected to last seven to 10 days. 

All four defendants – Kim and Khloe Kardashian, their half-sister Kylie Jenner, and mother Kris Jenner – are expected to take the stand.

Ciani said that in messages to the head of the show, Jenner said that Chyna beat Rob Kardashian with a pole and wrapped a phone-charging cord around his neck so tightly it left marks.

But Ciani said unaired footage from series would show that he had not been significantly injured.

And she said Kris Jenner used her daughters to spread word of the alleged abuse to key people with power over the show’s future.

Rhodes told the jury there was evidence of abuse, but said that more importantly the couple’s relationship effectively ended that day, as did any real future for the show, though he said it was months before any decision was made to scrap it.

Chyna took the stand in the last minutes of the day, describing her early life in Washington DC and working at McDonald’s and Taco Bell.

She became an exotic dancer, following in her mother’s footsteps, and got her big initial break when the rapper Drake saw her working as a stripper in a Miami club and named her in a song. 

She returns to the witness chair on Wednesday.
