In the last 24 hours, the country registered 3,290 infections and 14 deaths from the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.

The Daily Technical Report of the Ministry of Health indicates that hospital occupancy of general beds and those with mechanical ventilators decreased by one percentage point in the last 24 hours; stands at 12 percent and four percent, respectively.
It also details that epidemiological week number 31, which runs from July 31 to August 6, began with a daily average of 5,747 cases.
