According to studies, the microorganisms found in insects would be responsible, in part, for the transmission of diseases such as gastroenteritis, diarrhea, typhoid fever, leprosy, Asian cholera, pneumonia, tuberculosis and meningitis.
These bacteria can be transmitted by consumption or contact with the substances that the cockroaches excrete, so if you happen to touch them, it is best to disinfect them.
