“Most reported cases of monkeypox are currently in men, and the majority of these cases occur among men who identify as gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM), in urban areas, and are they group into social groups and sexual networks”, he explained in his conference that lasted about two hours.

Why would certain interests hide this reality?
The manipulation of the information would obey economic interests, because by making people believe that the entire population is equally exposed to this contagion, the public is being prepared to receive vaccines that are not the main solution, but that would enrich the pharmaceutical transnationals.
These distorters of information are not interested in the health of homosexuals or people with promiscuous behavior, because by not taking precautions they are likely to contract the disease and spread it more quickly, taking into account that the condom does not protect against the transmission of this virus.
It is clear that women and children can contract the disease, but in a very small probability.
Not taking these data into account also prevents health policies from attacking the disease more effectively, that is, focusing on risk groups, which also favors pimps, since prostitution implies a high risk of contagion.
This deviation from health policies would affect low- and middle-income countries more, which have smaller budgets to attack the disease, and instead of using them effectively, they would disperse it with low and medium effectiveness measures, such as general vaccination. and a lot of spending on advertising.
