The last trilogy of starwars still continues to divide fans of the saga. There are those who give it a chance, and others prefer to keep it in oblivion. The truth is that there are characters who tried to shine, but unfortunately they remained as “another anecdote”.
Such is the case of Captain Phasma, one of the many antagonists that appeared to be the headache of characters like Finn, who before joining the resistance, was a stormtrooper. We already know what Phasma’s fate was in ‘The Last Jedi’. However, since we are talking about Star Wars, his return would not be entirely ruled out.
Or well, that’s what Gwendoline Christie wants to believe, the actress who played the character, and who has recently returned to popularity thanks to her role as Lucifer in The Sandman.

Talking to EO, the interpreter of Captain Phasma confessed that she had never read the character’s comics, but that she would love to return to the character:
“I haven’t read the comics, but I mean…it’s Star Wars! I’d love to. There was a template for a character that people were very excited about”.
The comics in question talk about the past from Captain Phasma, which was never explored in any of the films. In these stories, it is told how she ended up joining the ‘First Order’ until becoming one of the superior soldiers of the renewed stormtroopers.
