Once the legal resources to prevent their disconnection were exhausted, they went to the Superior Court to request that it authorize their transfer to a palliative care center so that they do not die in the hospital, but a judge not only ruled against the request but also urged the family to let Archie “go in peace”.

The judge rejected the parents’ request for an expert to assess the risks of transferring the minor to a center, which has already offered to receive him if he receives permission, but the doctors maintain that his condition is too fragile. to move it.
