John Daniel Oviedo director of dane, was the best qualified, with a favorable image of 42.1 percent. The second place in the survey is for the Minister of Health, Fernando Ruiz, with a favorability of 35.8 percent.

In this measurement also stands out the Minister of Finance, Joseph Manuel Restrepoof whom 30.4 percent of those surveyed said they had a favorable image.

In order of qualification they are followed by the Minister of Education, María Victoria Angulo; Transport, Ángela María Orozco, and Culture, Angélica Mayolo. Following is Víctor Muñoz, director of the Administrative Department of the Presidency, with a favorability of 23.4.

The last three in qualification are the Minister of Science, Tito José Crissien, with a favorable 13.6; Carmen Valderrama, from Communications, with 13.4, and the last place goes to the Minister of Justice, Wilson Ruiz, with the 8.9.
