Cesar Paniagua Chacon was sworn in this Friday, August 5, as the new minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation in a ceremony that took place in the Golden Hall of the Government Palace.
In this way, Paniagua Chacón will replace in the position to Geiner Alvaradowho had assumed said portfolio since the beginning of the government of President Pedro Castillo, on July 28, 2021.
The new Minister of Housing was a representative of the National Association of Sanitation Service Providers of Peru (ANEPSSA Peru) before the Board of Directors of the Technical Agency for the Administration of Sanitation Services (OTASS).
He was also a teacher at the Andina del Cusco and San Antonio Abad universities. He also served as Project Manager for the Regional Government of Cusco.
