In the last 24 hours, the country registered 17 thousand 986 infections and 93 deaths by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.

Until this August 5, 124 thousand 932 active cases have been registered, with an incidence rate of 96.0 per 100 thousand population.
The highest rates of active cases per 100,000 inhabitants are presented by Mexico City, Baja California Sur, San Luis Potosi, Tlaxcala, ColimaAguascalientes, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Querétaro and Sinaloa.
