Payment started today Chile Supports Winter Bonuswhich will be delivered throughout the month of August to more than 7.5 million people. This benefit is not applied for since it seeks to support the most vulnerable families so that they can face the rise in food and the cost of basic services during the winter.

Who receives the Winter Bonus?
The following people may receive the automatic payment of the benefit:
- Causers of Single Family Subsidy, of the Family and Maternal Allowance as of December 31, 2021.
- Beneficiaries of the Winter Bonus for pensioners as of May 31, 2022.
- Beneficiaries of the Disability Subsidy as of June 30, 2022.
- Pensioners with a Basic Solidarity Disability Pension or a Solidarity Pension Contribution for Disability as of June 30, 2022.
- Families of the “Securities and Opportunities” Subsystem as of August 1, 2022, made up of people with disabilities, people with moderate or severe dependency, students with special needs, under the conditions established by law, people 60 years of age or older and/or under 18 years old.
- Households of the 60% most vulnerable in the Social Registry of Households, made up of people who are in the same conditions mentioned above.
What is the amount and payment date of the benefit?
The amount of the Chile Supports Winter Bonus is $120,000 for each person that generates and meets the requirements of the benefit.
As of August 5, the payment to the first group begins and as of August 22, the payment to the second group of beneficiaries begins. Know the detail below:
