The Civil Guard investigates the causes of death and some witnesses say that the victim collapsed on the ground
The Civil Guard is investigating the death of a 22-year-old girl at dawn this Friday in the surroundings of a well-known nightclub in San Javier, according to sources close to the case. The Judicial Police of the body investigates the circumstances of the death of the woman who, according to some witnesses, collapsed on the ground.
The events occurred around six in the morning. A call alerted Emergencies that a young woman was unwell. A patrol from the San Javier Civil Guard went to the scene and found the girl’s body lying on the ground. At the time of the events, the sources explained, the young woman was accompanied by a boy who was present when the agents arrived and whose statement is being taken as a witness.
The girl’s body was transferred to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) for an autopsy that will be key in determining the keys to the death. Sources close to the case insist that her body did not show apparent signs of violence. The Benemérita will also carry out the necessary tests to determine if after the death a toxic consumption can be found, but its results can be made to wait several weeks.
