(ANSA) – ROME, JUN 3 – The Italian National Chefs’ Team (NIC)
on Friday received the senior class of the Global Chef Challenge
in Dubai beating Sweden and Singapore.
   
Italy additionally acquired two second locations: within the junior class, with
younger chef Giorgia Ceccato, and the pastry class, with
Antonio Dell’Oro and Luca Bnà.
   
It was a historic consequence for all of the Italian workforce, educated by
General Manager Gianluca Tomasi, Team supervisor Pier Luca Ardito
and Junior Team Chef Angelo Biscotti, and accompanied by the
president of the Italian Chefs Federation, Rocco Pozzulo.
