MANILA, Philippines — Two more ambassadors paid a courtesy name on President-elect Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Monday forward of his inauguration on June 30.
Brunei Darussalam Ambassador to the Philippines Johariah Wahab’s courtesy name on Marcos Jr. began previous 9 a.m on the president-elect’s headquarters in Mandaluyong City.
Aside from Brunei Darussalam, Wahab can be representing Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) ambassadors.
Following Wahab, Marcos Jr. additionally met with Italian Ambassador to the Philippines Marco Clemente.

Several ambassadors have paid their courtesy name on Marcos Jr. over the previous weeks.
Among the diplomats who’ve visited Marcos Jr. embrace UK Ambassador to the Philippines Laure Beaufils, Singapore Ambassador Gerard Ho, European Union Ambassador Luc Veron, and French Ambassador Michele Boccoz.
Japanese Ambassador Koshikawa Kazuhiko, South Korean Ambassador Kim Inchul, Indian Ambassador Shambhu S. Kumaran, and United States Chargé d’Affaires Heather Variava additionally paid a visit to Marcos Jr.
