SRS Real Estate Partners has promoted Britt Raymond to Managing Director and Market Leader of the New York Capital Markets teams. In her new role, she will provide guidance to local runners through day-to-day leadership, management and business development.
Raymond joined SRS more than five years ago with his partner, Kyle Fant, to expand the presence of SRS’s National Net Lease Group in the region. Throughout his career, he has closed more than $2.75 billion in commercial real estate transactions. She has established herself as an industry expert and was recognized as a Connect CRE Next Generation 2022 New York Tri-State Region Winner
