SD Huesca has made official this Friday the sixth signing for this season. This is Juan Villar (Aroche, Huelva, 1998), a striker with extensive experience in the silver category who arrives free after having terminated his relationship with Almería two weeks ago and signs as a Barça player for the next two seasons. He will bolster the team’s offense by being able to play both wingers and as a centre-forward. He arrives in El Alcoraz willing to show the best scoring version of himself in the project commanded by Cuco Ziganda.
The player from Huesca arrives at SD Huesca free, after being part of Almería in the last two campaigns, accumulating fifty matches both in the league and in cup competition. Before, he was a player for Osasuna, where he debuted in the First Division. In fact, he treasures two promotions to the highest category, with the Navarrese club and the most recent, with Almería.
Tenerife, Rayo Vallecano, Cádiz or Real Valladolid complete his extensive career. In fact, it was in these last two teams where he achieved his best goalscoring records. With the Cádiz shirt, in Second B, he achieved 43 goals in three seasons. This allowed him to sign for the Pucelano club, with which he scored 35 goals in two seasons in the silver division. In recent years his prominence has diminished and in the past with Almería he only scored one goal in the 12 games in which he participated. In Second he achieved 15 with Valladolid in 15-16 and 12 with Osasuna in 19-20 to complete the first of the two promotions that mark the career of this 34-year-old footballer.
With the extensive knowledge of the category that this extensive journey implies, he now arrives at SD Huesca, making clear his desire and ambition for the Barça project. Sum effective for a line that currently features Dani Escriche, Abou Kanté and Kevin Carlos, since the Barça club assumes that they will not have Sandro Ramírez once his departure is resolved in a satisfactory manner for all parties.
Oscar Sielva, the next
SD Huesca has also made progress in recent hours at an express request from Cuco Ziganda, the Catalan midfielder Óscar Sielva, who turns 31 this Saturday and will arrive on loan from Eibar, with whom he has a contract until 2024. Last season his role with the gunsmiths was scarce, although he had arrived at Ipurua as one of the most outstanding pivots in the category of silver after three campaigns at a very high level in Ponferradina.
