Adopters who wish to provide a forever home for shelter animals are encouraged to visit shelter campuses or HumanePA.org. All prospective adopters must go through Humane Pennsylvania’s diligent adoption screening process (approval is not guaranteed).
Adoptions include:
- Humane Pennsylvania 30-Day Adoption Health Supplement
- Spay or neuter (before adoption)
- Vaccinations (including current rabies vaccination) and deworming drugs
- flea treatment
- Microchip and chip registration
- Free 1-pound bag of Science Diet pet food
