Geauga Park District naturalist Karie Wheaton will host virtual Shared Nature Lunch & Learn lessons on Wednesdays from noon to 1 p.m.
The options, all requiring registration at www.geaugaparkdistrict.org, are: “Winter Armchair Birding” on January 25; “All About Maple Sugaring” on February 8 and 22, and “Spring Wildflowers” on March 8 and 22. A Zoom link to participate will be sent out prior to the show, according to a press release.
“My idea behind this was for people to have a short program while having lunch at home or at work,” Wheaton stated in the statement. “I have two shows scheduled each month that are identical, so if you can’t make it to the first one, maybe you can make it to the second one.
“And I’ll also share my email address during the shows, so people can keep in touch with me if they make any comments or have any follow-up questions.”
